ABOUT COSTA RICA

Costa Rica is one of the most peaceful countries in the world. It is also one of the oldest and most stable democracies in the American Continent, with a solid economy and a rule of law. There is a robust social security system and a universal education program, all in hand with defined natural resources and conservation strategies.

While our economy is mostly based on tourism and exports, the services market and the free zone regime are stronger than ever and will most probably continue to grow in the years to come. There is also an ever-growing field of opportunities in other areas such as the real estate market, the medical tourism industry and the conservation programs.

Costa Rica also has one of the highest biodiversity in the world and renowned for the natural beauties, for the adventure activities and for the laid back lifestyle.
